Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the new Library and Learning Center (LLC), University of Vienna, Austria, which rises like a polygonal block of the center of the new campus of the University. The design of the LLC is in the form of a cube withboth inclined and straight edges.
Straight lines separate the building from the outside as they move inland, becomingcurved and smooth to create a freely inside the canyon that serves as a centralpublic square downtown. All other facilities of the LLC are in a single volume, which is also divided become two separate bands that wind around each other to close the meeting place for glazing.
