Designed by AMID.Cero9 young company printing company Diagonal 80, the office building / print production has received much attention for the unique way that creates a highly controlled production space. The premium, although sensitive, highly functional space with an advanced structural beam that is both strong and light. The bright daylight flood control lines and plants with natural light, making the space much more enjoyable to work in.
Located in San Agustin del Guadalix, Madrid, the building is situated on a long and narrow, which challenged the program inside. Production of large format copy is held on the ground floor and a mix of offices and display areas are above. A metal outer skin tight, along with an advanced air conditioning helps to control the interior climate.
The upper floors are supported by a double reinforcement, and that transfers the weight of V wall mounts. The structural system is held under tension by a cable system similar to a bridge. This structural design defines the identity of the whole building, and you can see clearly through the selected input. The overall effect is industrial but soft.
