Australia-based manufacturer ARkit manufactured, designed in modern homes, homes with low ecological impact. ARkit designs and manufactures designs factory-built buildings with a wall panel system was designed, incorporating sustainable materials and achieves a high degree of thermal efficiency. The wall system provides insulation and structural stability. All materials were considered in depth analysis using the software lifecycle in order to minimize the environmental impact of the overall project.

The exterior of each house is lined with sustainable yield of western red cedar and the interiors are lined with pine plantation hoop. Each prefabricated housing ARkit is built to maximize natural light and ventilation and minimize energy use through energy efficient appliances and high efficiency systems and wall insulation. The highly reflective roof is designed to capture and collect rainwater for use at home, and gray water recycling and filtration systems can be added to further maximize the use of water.

Solar energy systems or wind can easily be integrated in the home to provide renewable energy, and can even go ARkit zero-energy outside the network if desired. Two different sets of prefabricated ARkit are available depending on location and requirements for housing. The F-Series is fully constructed and assembled in a factory, but is limited in size to what can be trucked. The S series is built on the site with prefabricated and can be built larger homes and multiple rooms. Houses in both series can be adapted to suit any environment where the home is installed.
