In addition to House Energy Zero Energy House ConceptDesigned by the Institute for Lightweight Structures and Conceptual Design (Ileka) University of Stuttgart, this house is not just a concept that net zero, but actually designed to generate excesspower to charge electric cars in his garage futuristic.
As in many of the houses in the Solar Decathlon, the house is filled to the brim withgreen and embedded technologies are fueled by large rooftop solar electric andthermal panels.
The House Energy Plus Electromobility design is a response to the question of coincidence of solar energy produces and consumes energy. The house offers super smart efficient controls to divert the energy of electric vehicles in the garage or send it back to the grid to feed other local buildings.
A large open front of the house shows the concept of a prominent, with a large space dedicated for transportation. Hidden behind the garage is a space of transition with the sample and a living space on two floors.
Another interesting aspect of the house is like Ileka, directed by Werner Sobek, has been able to apply their knowledge to design efficient, highly developedlightweight construction that is very easy to configure and deconstruct. The househas no permanent foundation, so it can be placed in many places with minimal disturbance, and remove again to form raw materials for a new building.
