Architectural Renderings House-Changi Bungalow

Formwerkz Architects must design space to accommodate multi-generational family of clients 11 people in a relatively small area of 4600 square feet constructed of built-up area allowed for a particular site most of the pre-authorization of the zoning deteremined Local Law. In addition, consumers have certain “requirements fengshui Two main requirements that a certain extent shaped the collection and presentation of design. Is that the holes are drilled into the ground and homes under one roof.” The first requirement has excluded the possibility of sub-soil and the need for the pool which would be raised above the ground.

The main objective of this project is to create open space and living penetrated with a direct link to the natural surroundings, while at the same time, the concept of privacy. Same needs for privacy and openness is very important to live in a big family.

This house was held in a simple part of a linear block layers with different functional areas of key landscape areas. Extrovert living room, dining room, family room, pool and master bedroom held throughout the region while other regions landscape enclosed space and service areas to resemble a series of small closed areas. The backbone of strategic movements is placed defines the threshold between public areas and rooms extroverted introvert.
Changi Bungalow
Fin curved wood, glass and titanium and zinc, which envelops the family room, balcony, master bedroom and loft units and expand functional space in a layer at the same time, create a feeling of space in a compact manner.
Changi Bungalow Pool
The 250mm wide 25mm thick Balau wood fins forming a transparent cage on the balcony during the two buffers in the family room and master bedroom main circulation. 150 mm spacing along the curved shape of the container, slate and wood horizontal width of the profile function and appearance of the fence, privacy needs, without sacrificing the look out.
