Architectural Renderings House-Tiny Modular Prefab Homes

The Swedish based company Add A Room has just releashed their new prefabs homes concept design based only on 15 square meter. This tiny prefab modules home named One+. It’s prefabricated in Add-A-Room’s factory in Tyresö. This tiny modules are made from local Swedish materials with tight insulation, energy efficient design, a deck and pergola included.

The One+ system designed for those needing extra space on their lot. It was designed by Lars Frank Nielsen, an architect from Danish firm ONEN Design. This modules only used space around 15 sq meter (161 sq ft) and can be positioned in various ways in conjunction with other modules for a variety of building designs, just like when you playing with Legos.

This modular housing system could be used as an office, studio, extra bedroom, guest house or even expanded to be a whole house.

This modules has advance for the durability while being environmentally friendly, since it built with solid Scandinavian materials that require minimal maintenance and a thin outer panel made from Super Wood, which is a Danish invention where Swedish spruce is impregnated into the kernel without heavy metals.

The modules also patched with energy efficient windows and doors from VELFAC, while the pergola provides shade from the sun. A 15 sq m mini house module starts at 250,000 SEK ($35,000 USD) and one with a kitchenette and bathroom is 350,000 SEK.

All units come with electricity and plumbing ready to go as well as the veranda and pergola.
