Griffith University in Australia recently secured funding for a facility of $ 21,000,000 in research dollars that will be the first zero-emissions and buildings powered by solar-driven hydrogen. Designed by Australian architects Cox, Sir Samuel Griffith Building supportive school environment program, while serving as an excellent example of zero-energy buildings for the entire country.
Funding for the design and construction of new teaching and research provided by the federal government’s investment in education funding (round of sustainability). Installation of 4000 square meters will have six floors and will accommodate 200 students and has 100 offices. Transparent solar panels will be integrated into the façade of the development of renewable energy, combined with the hydrogen system will be the largest project the state of solar-hydrogen energy demonstration.
