Villa Nyberg is the first in a series of prefabricated houses by Kjellgren Kaminsky Gothenburg-based architecture to build, and sure to turn heads. Designed as a round structure to reduce material and increase efficiency, the house is located in central Sweden and is very effective that even blew over several Passivhaus standard was designed for!
Villa Nyberg concept is based on NRC Atrium Villa, built in collaboration with family and personal Emrahus Nyberg. Prefabricated house is 156 square meters (1679 square feet) with full floor and a lower circular space, almost a half circle on the second floor.
