The Strata Tower or Razor, the black and silver skyscraper with hight 147 meters (485 ft) tall, making it the tallest residential building in central London. This tower is the first skyscraper with wind turbines integrated within the building. With the turbine it can provide 8% of the total electricity needs of the building.

Oriented to take advantage of the prevalent south-west winds, the tower has commanding views into the heart of downtown. This tower has been recognizable profile in London skyline. With BFLS as the designer, this tower have features such as floor-to-ceiling windows, incorporate daylighting and natural ventilation with operable windows, even high up in the penthouse.

Because the turbin are construction of the top of the tower, it can produce some electric power that can provide 8% of the building’s energy needs, which is enough to provide for the building’s electrical and mechanical services, including three express elevators and automated window cleaning rigs.


The turbines are also well and silent designed so that they will not be too noisy for the penthouse residents below.

With the remaining units are luxury condos all the way up to the penthouse, and other under development building will come soon.
