Architectural Renderings House-Magnificent Green Roofed Building for New Kyaoi Garden University



The new academic building of Kyaoi Garden University change to be simple, open space, and green modern design. Its better than the traditional design that built from usual antiquated columns and carbon heavy glass campus building structures. It can create unique and different atmosphere to study an changing the collegiate experience.


This new building not only good at using advantage of an efficient vertical construction, but it also creates a beautiful and open space with a sloping green roof able to host a biodiversity of plants in addition to people.


This magnificent design are made by architect from Bakoko Design Development. Its their latest project that they submit in the competition to design the new building for Kyaoi Garden University. Rather than starting from scratch, the architects choose to lift up the existing space to a higher level which would not only optimize the building through vertical construction and provide the chance to create a green public space, but give the adjacent sports field much needed spectator seating.


The sloping green roof not only offers an incredible open space for student, staff and visitors, but the inherent biomass lends a hand in significantly reducing the need for both mechanical heating and cooling temperature. Additionally, the expansive roof also can be used to capturing rainwater and promotes the propagation of an array of trees and plants that would be otherwise be difficult to maintain.


Rather than the amazing roof design, the interior design is so simple and open air. Supporting by the green roof that can provide efficient air circulation and natural lighting. Uses wind catching caps that located over the openings to draw fresh cool air and natural daylight into the interior of the building, and in the bays devoid off end catchers, artificial light is reflected and diffused by the double-curved ceiling panels.


It’s gives the school’s religious affiliations, the vault is stylistically suitable, referencing the traditional building aesthetic.
