Architectural Renderings House-Magnificent Prefab Home Built in Three Days

This beautiful prefabs home is located in Cedeira, Spain. Its designed by Spanish studio MYCC. This prefabs home is the example of how simple yet beautiful and also modern looking house that built only in few day. The sleek prefabs of this house was made in the factory in Madrid.

After finished, then they transport them by truck to the site where the home will placed. Its only need just 3 days to assembled and the prefabs house is done, although for the finishing work for the house took two more weeks.

With such a fast project, MYCC was able to show that they can create a gorgeous, eco-friendly house event with small amount of time to assembly it. The design was inspired by the surrounding low roof farmhouses and abundant eucalyptus forests across the steep hillside of the site.


This house made by 6 modul with size 6 m x 3 m that fixed to the place by crane to create 1st floor, then fabricated panels were added to the second floor to create attic and in addition to create upstairs. Then another modules set as bedroom, bathroom, stairs, kitchen, and also livingroom.

The floor and ceiling made by concrete with steel columns frame for foundation. Then the roof and the wall have been cld with viroc, a prefabricated mixture of cement and wood shavings, which has strong characteristic, lightweight and fortunately resemble the colors of the eucalyptus forests nearby.

The frontside and rearside were covered by steel layer and painted with tree picture. So in the other word, all pieces of the home traveled 700 km from the factory to the remote coastal location and were then assembled over just three days to make this magnificent house.
