Architectural Renderings House-Dallas Luminous Solar Paving Light

A new sustainable building in the heart of Dallas, that is “paving” the way for energy-efficient lighting through the use of Solar Cynergy’s on the solar powered LED stepping stones. This stunning design called 17seventeen.

The solar paver can capture and absorb the energi from sun and using it without any wiring. It was a proud working from Scott Oldner, that create a wonderful, way-finding pattern on the pavement that spans between the separate residential and commercial towers.

He also make Lighting for incorporating the lights, which create a symbolic, visual transition throughout the project, which makes 17Seventeen a glowing landmark.

Park 17, the name for the residential tower, is pursuing LEED New Construction certification. Moreover 17Seventeen has a long list of sustainable aspects that allowed the commercial tower to be pre-certified LEED Gold  by the USGBC in January 2009.

The designers even confirm that the residential units will be able to meet the requirements of the newly-released LEED version 3 for Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI), which has higher standards for water efficiency.

Not only will the tenants of the 292 apartments be able to live green but also the 379,000 square feet of office space, a bank, a restaurant and an additional 6,000 square feet of retail space.
