Designed by Japanese firm D.I.G Architects, the Majima Clinic was developed based on the concept of “ORIGAMI”.
The space under the “ORIGAMI” paper, “ORIGAMI” is the wall or the roof and the eaves. the folding “paper” generate the gap and opening, and the folding operation generate the ambiguous border between the open space and the closed space.
For visitors use this facility freely, the various rooms for medical examination and resting are tied together the lounge, it is like a single room where children playing.
